Multispectral photography separates your skin into layers the eye blends together: surface texture, UV damage accumulating below, pigment in transit, vasculature at depth. Your physician plans on these layers, and your follow-ups are compared against them, pixel for pixel.
A laser that runs cold.
Traditional ablative lasers trade results for recovery: heat is the price of change. UltraClear's cold-fiber technology delivers laser-coring precision at 2,910 nm with almost none of the residual heat, which is what makes the difference between a week of hiding and a weekend of mild pinkness.
It is also the rare resurfacing platform cleared for all skin types, in every season. Depth, density, and pattern are programmed from your scan, not from a preset.

The pulse itself is engineered. Cold ablation and adjustable coagulation are blended and delivered down the same channel, which is how depth is bought without buying the heat that normally comes with it.
